Information we process
Wavuno may process your email address, account identifier, sign-in information, training progress, practice results, and learning content you choose to submit. Stripe processes payments; Wavuno does not store complete card details.
How we use information
We use this information to create and maintain accounts, synchronize learning progress, provide purchased content, respond to support requests, protect the service, and improve the learning experience.
Analytics and cookies
With your permission, Wavuno uses Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits and important product events such as starting free training, completing a lesson, and beginning checkout. Analytics storage is denied by default and enabled only after you select “Accept analytics.” You can decline analytics without losing access to Wavuno.
Third-party services
Wavuno uses Supabase for authentication and data services, Stripe for payments, Resend for account-related email, Cloudflare for network and email routing, Vercel for hosting, and Google Analytics for consent-based usage analytics. These providers may process necessary data under their own privacy terms.
Local storage
Wavuno uses browser local storage to keep you signed in, save training progress, remember payment access, and store your analytics preference.
Data retention and security
We retain necessary information only for as long as required to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your rights
You may contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information associated with your account. Some records may be retained where required for legal, payment, or security obligations.
